Knees

Apply Bump & Bruise to the joint area reducing inflammation. When injured the body will have done all it can to protect the knee and so there will be muscle holding the joint too tight. To reduce this issue and aid the healing process apply and massage in Prepare & Recover into the muscle front and rear on the upper and lower leg muscles.

Elbow

Apply Bump & Bruise to the joint area reducing inflammation. When injured the body will have done all it can to protect the elbow and so there will be muscular holding the joint too tight. To reduce this issue and aid the healing process apply and massage in Prepare & Recover into the muscles over the scapular (shoulder blade) and neck.

Ankles

Apply Bump & Bruise to the joint area reducing inflammation. When injured the body will have done all it can to protect the knee and so there will be muscle holding the joint too tight. To reduce this issue and aid the healing process apply and massage in Prepare & Recover onto the foot and calf assisting in the movement of excess fluid build up.

Lower Back

Lumber pain is actual referred pain with the lumbar muscles compensating for other muscles not being able to do their actual job. This can cause the lumbar muscle to compress the spine and so impinge on nerves in that area, hence debilitating pain. Use Bump & Bruise in the Lumbar area and the Prepare & Recover on the calf areas. Massage well into the back and invariably the pain will reduce dramatically.

Hand & Wrist

Wrist & Hand pain can come in many forms. Arthritic pain for example could also require treatment to the scapular as this will be constricting the tendons in the hand. To reduce this issue and aid the healing process apply and massage in Prepare & Recover into the muscle front and rear on the hand and wrist as well as the muscles on the scapular (shoulder blade).

Tension Headaches

Tension Headaches can be brought on by several things from the upper back and neck. Often the muscles are pulling from the back, neck and scapular area down pulling the neck tight, causing compression of the cervical vertebrae not excluding the axis and skull. This restricts arterial blood and renal flow to and from the brain, resulting in higher pressure in the skull. By applying Prepare & Recover into the upper shoulders, scapular and neck area we would hope to assist in releasing the muscles allowing pressure release in around 15 - 20 mins.
